As a DPD Parcel Wizard Member you'll be able to do the following:
- - Manage your calendar and create schedules for future deliveries on your PC, laptop, tablet or phone.
- - Receive text, email and push notifications about where your parcel is at different stages of the delivery journey.
- - Receive our special PredictTM alert on the morning of delivery - we'll give you a 1 hour window within which your delivery will be made.
- - Select an alternative delivery address from a list of up to twelve possible other delivery locations that you have registered with Parcel Wizard.
- - Opt to have your parcel delivered to one of our Pickup Points – located at a convenience store or garage near you.
- - Pin your exact location to a map.
- - Check the status of your deliveries.
- - Use the “Parcel Wizard UK Virtual Address” service – our UK virtual address - so that you can benefit from lower cost deliveries from etailers based in the UK.
- - Use our Pickup Network to return unwanted items – just check whether the etailer you want to return to is listed in the Returns section of dpdparcelwizard.ie. Returns will be available via the App in the near future.
