DPD Ireland is the only courier to offer this unique delivery management service - we want to give you as much flexibility as possible.
Yes. You will enjoy all of the benefits and functionality of Parcel Wizard when you include your unique Parcel Wizard ID.
DPD Parcel Wizard UK Virtual Address will not accept receipt of any parcel where duty, VAT or any other payment is required.
We’ll hold your parcel for six days. We’ll send you notifications to remind you to collect but after six days your parcel will be collected by the DPD driver from the Pickup Point and returned to the sender.
As a DPD Parcel Wizard Member you'll be able to do the following:
  • - Manage your calendar and create schedules for future deliveries on your PC, laptop, tablet or phone.
  • - Receive text, email and push notifications about where your parcel is at different stages of the delivery journey.
  • - Receive our special PredictTM alert on the morning of delivery - we'll give you a 1 hour window within which your delivery will be made.
  • - Select an alternative delivery address from a list of up to twelve possible other delivery locations that you have registered with Parcel Wizard.
  • - Opt to have your parcel delivered to one of our Pickup Points – located at a convenience store or garage near you.
  • - Pin your exact location to a map.
  • - Check the status of your deliveries.
  • - Use the “Parcel Wizard UK Virtual Address” service – our UK virtual address - so that you can benefit from lower cost deliveries from etailers based in the UK.
  • - Use our Pickup Network to return unwanted items – just check whether the etailer you want to return to is listed in the Returns section of dpdparcelwizard.ie. Returns will be available via the App in the near future.
Yes, provided that your primary contact phone number or email address has been included in your delivery information. If they are there, we'll know you're a Parcel Wizard Club member and your delivery preferences will be adhered to.
No, each Parcel Wizard ID is unique to its user and must be used only by you. Registration is easy and quick so encourage friends to sign up and become Parcel Wizard Club members themselves so that they can enjoy the benefits

Some retailers don't allow change of address for security reasons. Or, the delivery may already have been in the DPD system before the alternative address Schedule was set up. Contact Parcel Wizard Customer Services at E: parcelwizard@dpd.ie with the consignment number and we'll double check for you.
Any claim for damaged goods must be made in writing to parcelwizard@dpd.ie within 7 days of receipt of the goods. This will initiate the insurance claims process. The level of cover for each consignment is the cost of replacement goods or €100 per consignment, whichever is the least. DPD cannot be held liable for any consequential loss suffered as a result of damaged or lost goods. Please see our Trading Terms and Conditions for comprehensive details of cover. Parcels containing glass, china etc. are not covered by insurance and no insurance claim will be issued in respect of such goods. On occasion DPD may request inspection of damaged goods, and proof of purchase is required as supporting evidence to all claims. Please allow 21 working days for claims to be settled.
